今日係表哥既生日,我地book左間係尖沙咀The One既鐵板燒同佢慶祝。我地仲專登request左近窗既位置,諗住可以一邊欣賞個靚景,一邊享用美食。可惜天公不造美,好大霧乜都見唔到,浪費左個落地玻璃。不過好彩美食搭夠,我地叫左兩個鐵板龍蝦二人套餐。包左沙律前菜,刺身,南非鮑魚,龍蝦,牛柳,和牛炒飯同甜品。沙律前菜+刺身:沙律用左沙律醋,加埋啲酸蘿蔔,說說美美好開胃。刺身就普普通通,都新鮮嘅。廚師將準備嘅食材一次過放晒喺我哋面前,上菜嘅時候啲鮑魚都仲係郁緊,一睇就知,超級新鮮。我哋仲可以欣賞廚師嘅烹調過程。其實廚師都唔係用咗好多調味料,但係就帶出咗海鮮嘅鮮味。超級好食。龍蝦同鮑魚彈牙都不在話下,連個牛柳都煮得勁腍勁好食。呢個黑松露炒飯作為主菜嘅結尾十分之好。廚師一路炒呢個飯,黑松露嘅香味就不斷飄入我哋個鼻入邊。淨係聞到個味都覺得好香好惹味仲要係粒粒分明。強烈建議慶生或者有啲咩重要節日去呢一間鐵板燒。

最近試過了海賀的抵食又豐富的午市半自助餐後,便滿心期待地再到海賀享用晚餐慶祝母親節+生日。首先,處於尖沙咀The One位置方便,可以先到商場購物,才再到海賀享用午市或晚餐。本人覺得餐廳於下午和晚上的景色皆美。若覺得只有在餐廳吃飯拍照不足夠,還可以於飯後走到露台,吹着涼風,拿着飲品/洒來拍照。那裏還有老闆親自種植的小盆栽可以欣賞。先說回食物,刺身,海鮮都很新鮮和鮮甜。鮑魚真的都不硬,上年紀的媽媽都說口感很好。A4和牛更加是入口即溶,食落便想起日本的味道。而最後的蟹肉炒飯也可以轉做冷烏冬。喜歡冷烏冬配上牛肝菌清湯。飲品更加可選Cappuccino/Latte, 若喜歡影拉花的,真的要來一杯Latte 試試。感覺現在香港已經很少餐廳能像海賀一樣,各員工服務態度都很友善,很主動幫忙和拍照。他們也不會催促我們離去,於這裏吃飯不用怕有限時,最適合家人/朋友聚會或情侶慶祝。

美國牛柳就配咗黑松露醬汁同蒜片,都係好大路嘅做法~但煎得好香,加埋黑松露醬味道同香味都有昇華,牛味唔算濃,但肉質不錯,就算偏熟少少都依然軟嫩,唔會好難咬~
炒飯可以配和牛或櫻花蝦,但小朋友先做選擇,兩樣都要晒🤣 炒飯都炒得唔錯,粒粒分明,和牛炒飯加埋櫻花蝦嘅鹹香,雖然最後都飽飽地,但都全部食晒!

甜品有凍同熱嘅款式,當日就有焙茶奶凍同埋熱嘅南瓜紅豆湯。焙茶味同奶凍有啲分離,奶凍味道稍甜,如果焙茶味濃啲就好啦~
沙律、麵豉沙同漬物就普通~
整體成個餐都夠飽同幾滿足!

鵝肝多士 - 直接係我地面前香煎鵝肝,香到爆,聽到d 油脂聲真係好療癒😂 一啖吃落口嘩正,香脆軟糯,滿口油脂,正😋😋😋

鐵板大蝦 - 依個得一隻蝦分開三段,分量有d 少但都明既,睇表演為主😂😂 味道還好,相比前兩道就無甘令人深刻。

宮崎和牛蒜片 - 和牛係A4級數,但未煮個時已經見到d 紋路🥺一定好正!Order 左5成熟,果然師傅就係師傅,真係我心目中最正既熟度,一啖入口真係不得了,牛汁係口入面爆開,配上蒜片又係另一番滋味!依道我比10粒星!好食👍👍👍
