今晚決定做"潮"人................食"潮菜", 上去樓上呢間夾雜住傳統與新式潮家菜菜店!餐牌上包括潮汕砂鍋粥, 傳統潮州醬鹵汁類及新式潮菜, 各式其色!  今餐就點左呢幾樣菜式 :方魚炒芥蘭 ($68) - 條條芥蘭色綠分明, 爽硬度岩我口感, 食落唔老同有甜味, 配埋有嚼勁既方魚片, 加添"潮"味!酸菜鮮甜白蜆湯 ($88) - 份量都幾大鍋, 大部份開口既白蜆, 蜆肉雖然唔大隻, 但肉質甜嫩, 配以酸菜的咸香味, 湯底仲有白蘿蔔條既鮮甜, 若然有火爐"慶"住會仲好D, 保持熱辣辣, 啖湯都更加鮮味!秘制墨魚脯豬手煲 ($98) - 豬手炆得好腍身, 食件豬皮已經感受到D膠質係口中; 而墨魚脯口感有咬口, 食到少少鮮味, 醬汁濃厚惹味, 有碗白飯就正配!家鄉路邊炒米粉 ($68) - 一碟以多種配料炒成, 包括豬肉, 蝦米, 芽菜, 蛋絲, 多種口感同味道, 米粉炒得乾身唔算油膩, 配埋碟辣椒油一齊食仲惹味!最後以呢碟黃金一口炸饅頭 ($38)作為"甜品", 炸至金黃色一口SIZE, 外脆內軟, 一定唔少得係點煉奶, 好好食!
