To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今天在大家樂食了像水一様的咖喱雞飯，差劣。

中午去了大家樂，叫了咖喱雞飯，三十四元不包飲品加四元有凍綠茶，不便宜。味道差劣，先説咖喱，應該加了很多水，變得好稀，不可以叫咖哩，應該説是咖喱水吧，一D味道都没有，只得咸味和少許咖哩粉味，很難食，咖喱和雞如分開了一様，不融合，像雞是另外放入碗一様。雞完全混不到咖哩似的，好大陣雪味，雞不滑，好鞋好老，感覺是隔了夜似的，似食緊隔夜餸，非常難食，而且薯仔很多，雞很少，感覺大家樂很孤寒，即持對它時常標榜做足一百分很反感又時常加價，但食物一D進步都無，係好好好求其，如果要我付出三十八大元食個甘既飯仲要自己拿餐找位坐的話，我覺非常非常不值得，此咖喱雞飯只值40分根本不合格。
