To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 這店不是第一次光顧,因為質素是不錯的。我多數外賣回家慢慢嘆的。因為外賣、我會選擇凍檬,這樣就算要一段時間才享用,也不會影響味道口感。今天打開外賣盒,把碌冧跟檬粉拌勻,就開動。檬粉的配菜太少,影響整體爽口程度。好了,到豬肉片,有碳烤味道,不過肉片乾巴巴,完全沒有肉汁!唉!這大概是選才問題,用的肉不適合做烤肉。甚至是烹調的手法出錯。烤肉應該是比較大塊的肉整塊烤好後,放涼一會兒切片(不要太薄,才能保存肉汁、現在是薄片豬肉來烤,乾巴巴好正常!這店以後可以不考慮了。
