天氣都涼咗唔少,今年冬天第一次去打邊爐梗係揀呢間,食過無數次,小菜、酒席、打邊爐都試勻晒,最正始終係打邊爐,仲有佢嗰甜品椰皇燉蛋白。噚晚去到唔知係唔係真係因為凍呢,成個門口都逼滿人,佢平日九點後都會有特價火鍋,而且好多配料都係十零蚊碟,所以不嬲都係多人,不過噚晚就覺得特別多人,經濟唔好但係佢平所以生意就逆市多咗?無計喇,一心打邊爐惟有等吓,未試過要等足四十五分鐘,終於有得食喇!我哋最鍾意佢由得啲客自己「混醬」,有沙嗲、麻辣、炸蒜、生蒜、紅椒、蔥花、連腐乳都有,不過唔知點解唔擺埋豉油!混完後我哋就等食嘞: 脆皮燒鵝皇:實在太肚餓啦,要咗一個例牌頂住肚先,估唔到都幾好味喎!我哋分到個下庄,大大嚿肉汁都幾豐腴,皮亦燒得好脆好香,有驚喜! 澳門豬骨鍋:因為想試吓同澳門食過嘅差幾遠所以就叫嘞!果然同澳門完全唔同,雖然都係有蘿蔔、粟米同豬骨,但係材料就明顯少好多,不過佢只係賣廿蚊,而且啲豬骨真係幾好味,所以我都覺得抵嘅!佢仲有幾個十蚊湯底好似好熱門嘅皮蛋芫茜都係唔錯嘅選擇! 潮州炸魚皮:佢啲魚片夠脆又夠大塊,未淥我哋都會就咁食,當然淥過半稔仲正啦! 大良魚腐:呢個用嚟索湯幾好味,不過要唔好咁早落,

脆皮燒鵝皇:實在太肚餓啦,要咗一個例牌頂住肚先,估唔到都幾好味喎!我哋分到個下庄,大大嚿肉汁都幾豐腴,皮亦燒得好脆好香,有驚喜!


澳門豬骨鍋:因為想試吓同澳門食過嘅差幾遠所以就叫嘞!果然同澳門完全唔同,雖然都係有蘿蔔、粟米同豬骨,但係材料就明顯少好多,不過佢只係賣廿蚊,而且啲豬骨真係幾好味,所以我都覺得抵嘅!佢仲有幾個十蚊湯底好似好熱門嘅皮蛋芫茜都係唔錯嘅選擇!

潮州炸魚皮:佢啲魚片夠脆又夠大塊,未淥我哋都會就咁食,當然淥過半稔仲正啦!

大良魚腐:呢個用嚟索湯幾好味,不過要唔好咁早落,個鍋要淥嘢食淥都咁上下先有味嘅!

貢丸:好食
肉質彈,入面嘅纖維好粗,食落好有質感!

蝦丸拼墨丸:都整得幾彈,不過蝦丸味道唔係咁得,墨丸味道就一般!

金錢牛展:之前未食過牛展打邊爐所以試吓,冇乜牛肉味兼好散,下次都係叫番肥牛或者滑牛!

日本空運生蠔:上枱時入晒雪,真係急凍空運?不過食落唔錯,唔腥仲幾鮮,
不過就好細隻!

西洋菜:新鮮爽脆冇根,正!

酸梅湯:唔想飲汽水嘅另一選擇,酸酸哋亦夠濃都唔錯丫!

好多人講呢度啲服務唔係咁得我哋都係咁話,因為我哋攞飛等位問要等幾多張枱時,個知客已經冇我哋咁好氣咁答:十幾張囉!今日好多人爆晒架!食緊時想要多一碟豉油叫咗應咗都係唔會攞比你,要叫多次,不過佢啲嘢食真係得嘅,但係只限於打邊爐!佢嘅小菜味道都唔錯嘅,點解唔食小菜同埋大時大節唔嚟食一圍嗰啲酒席?因為要侍應招呼嘅程度比打邊爐多,所以有時都會幾勞氣!都係齋嚟打邊爐穩陣!

太飽嘞,今次食唔到佢嗰好正又好抵嘅椰皇燉蛋白添!
