To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一年一度抹茶祭返黎啦🌿今年都係分左三個星期五同六下午1點開賣，灣仔分店打響頭炮率賣先，1點前去到已經見人龍相當長，排到對面公園，約45分鐘終於排到門口，會有職員落單同比號碼籌，整體順暢唔算混亂☑️今年出左四款產品🥐抹茶牛角$40、抹茶生乳$28、焙茶生乳$26、八女抹茶圓頂$50，每款同上年都有唔同，改良左或是全新推出‼️焙茶生乳｜$26｜7/10上年食過呢個最好味，所以今年再買多次，好貼心用盒裝，但外貌上有少少失望，中間鮮忌廉好似冇上年咁澎湃🙈扁身左少少，不過焙茶味依然好香好濃🤤上層菠蘿皮幾脆，中間cream好滑身，我試埋雪返凍黎食，口感似食緊雪糕咁，好似仲好食😋抹茶生乳｜$28｜8.5/10呢款包係新推出🫶🏻以韓式菠蘿包為靈感而製作，外層有抹茶奶酥，脆脆地幾有口感，中間係抹茶忌廉同麻糬😍麻糬都好大件且有拉扯度，cream濃但唔苦😋配搭真係幾好食，唔怪之得最早就賣哂
