正宗水上人近日在尖沙咀開了新店,看格調,明顯是走中上檔次路線,雖然是樓上店,門面廣濶,樓梯下有燈箱。雅緻桌椅及房間設計。設置游水海鮮魚缸,特別引起食慾。旁邊黑板寫上是日精選,半價的頂級黃油蟹$198/只,馬上吸引了我。餐牌名碼實價,安坐卡位,亦可點菜。馬上在Facebook 打咭,每人贈送牡丹蝦刺身一只。牡丹蝦刺身擺盤仿效日式料理花了心理,起殻牡丹蝦形態有動感,蝦頭垂直向上,白雪蝦身躺在竹伐上。新鮮香甜,肉有彈性,以免費的美味刺身作頭盤,最好不過。粥底無需多花款,因為待回的蒸物會把精華流進,所以選了最基本的南瓜豬筒粥。南瓜豬筒粥花甲皇 $78/份,十多廿只左右,肥美鮮甜,值得一讚之處,就是蒸起後,服務員發現有幾只不開口,馬上替我們更換了新的,確實我們食足一份的份量。雪花和牛 估計是澳洲和牛,因為較有嚼勁,而非入口即融化的一款,但整體鬆化無筋,可惜雪白分佈不平均,咀嚼到肥脂累積的區域實有罪惡感,不得不吐出多餘的。黃油蟹去年在鯉魚門吃過最上乘的海黃油,每只索價$500,這頭$200左右的,黃油尚算豐富,吃得過。看圖可見金黃蟹膏,軟滑油潤,擠滿蟹蓋及爪,魔鬼誘惑,豐膄甘香。㰖菜肉鬆冰菜 冰菜
