一家也很喜歡吃糭，是端午節的必備節目。以往媽子總會包上好多的糉子，吃完蒸的吃煎的再吃炸的，很開心。由舊年開始，就要吃出面的糭了，水準當然不及以往的好，但有得吃，總好過無，誰叫自己來不及去學？在這裡買了好幾隻鹼水糉及鹹肉糭，每隻15蚊，幾便宜的。鹼水糭太腍身，上了滾水已經是腍得拿不住的。鹼水份量下得剛好，不澀口而又軟熟，下了蓮蓉餡，甜美，加上楓葉糖漿，不錯；鹹肉糭的糯米及綠豆的份量也是剛好，吃起來鬆軟。蛋黃紅紅的，靚得出油，比不少的名店更好。肉夠肥，糉自然香，道理簡單之至。細細隻的，一人一隻，份量恰可。我覺得是幾合心意的。
