今年第一餐大閘蟹在鴻星開始。今年D蟹好似較往年細隻但也算有足夠膏而且新鮮!其他餸一如以往鴻星的出品水準唔錯今餐的蟹粉小籠包很鮮甜不知是否有因為有新鮮大閘蟹呢?有時真的覺得十二人分量的炸蟹鉗為何只得少少沙律?每人真的只可以分到一匙羹?我寧願收多些錢每人可以分到多點沙律!今晚試了黑松露蒸肉餅但真係無咩黑松露的香味所以可以不吃!今晚的炸子雞比平日吃到的皮脆可能係吊得夠乾的效果…好吃

今晚試了黑松露蒸肉餅但真係無咩黑松露的香味所以可以不吃!
