To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

放工唔知食乜，求其去咗附近MX鋸扒。鐵板餐有兩個選擇：雜錦（炸蝦🍤、雞扒、豬肉腸）或牛扒🥩。點了厚熱肉眼牛扒（$79）：包括龍蝦酥皮湯及啫喱。鐵板唔算好熱，但係都OK啦，冇咁熱氣。個牛扒份量足夠、配粗薯條🍟及些少蔬菜🥦。選了黑椒汁，個醬汁都好香濃。個湯酥皮夠酥脆，但只有半碗及幾粒蝦仁粒。最後以青檸啫喱作結，而家都唔係好多快餐店有啫喱食，面頭有幾粒雜果，同埋可以叫阿姐俾花奶。當懷舊一番。食晒成個餐其實都幾飽吓。
