To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日阿sir 請食飯, 一行7人去食官府菜。小妹第一次食北京樓, 見到茶具碗筷好靚好別緻, 每一隻碟都有中國侍女圖~~很喜歡至於食物方面, 簡述如下…隆福灌湯小龍包 皮薄多汁, 豬肉嫩滑。配以香醇醋, 好味烤北京填鴨: 戲肉所在,伴上很精緻的"鴨頭陶瓷碟",皮脆薄甘香,肉嫩,加上醬汁一流...無得頂! 我認為比在北京吃的還要好北京宮爆明蝦: 很好味...很有美感,蝦肉又爽又新鮮...茉莉茶燻素鵝: 好多羅漢齋料釀入去, 爽口.風沙雞: 雞肉肉質嫰滑, 雞皮香脆, 蒜頭粒夠多, 雞肉帶有濃郁的香蒜味甜品:高力香蕉豆沙–好正, 香蕉同豆沙混在一齊, 吃完不覺好甜北京樓是一間高水準的酒家, 我都會推薦大家去試一試.
