To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

上次係長沙灣青山道252-256號地下食過一次,覺得唔錯..今次咁岩係附近,所以去個到食dinner,之後嗌左一碗牛肉,火腿,竹,貢丸,鮮冬菇清湯火線。一碗牛肉酸辣湯底米線,有一碗係兩個人食既,之後就叫啲A阿姐拎兩隻碗比我地,好聲好氣講埋唔該,嗌佢個時就係另個頭個黎冇講野,我叫完佢拎碗,佢當冇左回事...跟住我就叫第個B阿姐拎兩隻碗比我地,佢就話好..等等下..之後又係當冇左回事,then..我又再叫C阿姐拎兩隻碗比我地..之後佢就冇講野就走左...都係當冇左回事！！！！啲野食黎哂...我地就等佢個兩隻碗足足等左十五分鐘！有冇搞錯！廚房就係隔離..拎隻碗有幾難?之後嗌第個D阿姐..個樣已經表示不滿..佢先拎比我地 好地地間野既野食又唔係差... 竟然請埋咁冇禮貌既人..真係失望同埋衛生都唔係好好..我地坐落人地岩岩走個張台,啲阿姐都汁哂啲野走...但又唔擦乾淨張台..又有蚊咬

之後佢就冇講野就走左...都係當冇左回事！！！！

啲野食黎哂...我地就等佢個兩隻碗足足等左十五分鐘！
