To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

照顧小朋友就請我媽咪幫我買外賣。我媽咪不識廣東話就態度好差。我打電話過來落單，一直在數落我，仲聽到爆粗口。服務生很多都識聽識講廣東話，做咩欺負老人家？令人心寒。難怪週末都沒幾個顧客，門可羅雀。今時今日這樣的服務態度，衛生狀況，繼續下去就只有收檔的命運。希望譚仔的管理層除了從股市吸金以外，也注意下屬下的管理和培訓，與時俱進。我住在香港二十年，奧運十年，都是街坊，做咩對著顧客兇口兇面，以後都無法幫襯！
