一早訂左位同男朋友食蒸氣鍋,去到餐廳已經好多人。今次係任食海鮮餐跟餐既燉湯,姫崧茸燉螺肉。唔會好油,螺肉燉到林哂唔難咬都好大碗架蒸海鮮當然d食材好新鮮,蒸前d蝦仲識郁架,而且又大隻。蒸完出來鮮橙色,一大條蝦肉爽口仲有d貝殼,隻隻d肉都大大粒,又冇沙。每一粒都帶點海水味就知有幾fresh青口漲卜卜,in in un un好好味除左有海鮮,仲有其他野食既。有菜,丸,牛肉等等。我就叫左牛柳粒同和牛片,蒸既時間店員set到剛好,唔會過熟。肉汁鎖實係每一塊肉,又唔多肥膏不停重點既食物蒸鍋又點少得個粥底南瓜排骨粥,煲到棉棉的因由海鮮蒸出緊汁都滴落d粥到,導致d粥都好鮮甜唯一係排骨d碎骨會煲左出來,所以食既時候要小心d
