早前,趁信用卡積分換快到期就換了兩張戲飛,今日就去荃灣嘉禾睇戲,睇完戲就去咗荃新天地1期食嘢。客人好多,不過等咗一陣就有位。1.【巨峰酸乳梳打】、2.【薑汁柚子梳打】第1杯,有豐富提子味,甜得嚟帶少少酸,都幾開胃的。第2杯薑汁味好出,柚子味甘甘甜甜。叫咗個【筑前煮】。藕片、魔芋、冬菇、蘿蔔等煮腍咗放入雞湯內,各樣食吸收咗雞湯,所以食落入味唔會覺得寡,當中,藕片更食到爽脆感。再叫了木耳和溏心蛋。木耳夠健康,食落 sok sok聲,好正! 溏心蛋蛋黃橙紅色,會郁㗎,食落粘口,食溏心蛋就是為了這口感。【海老鹽燒麴拉麵】係今期限定,無理由唔食。大蝦肉厚,燒完仲保留到鮮味和爽彈口感。追加咗一個替玉,係直麵嚟嘅。將佢溝埋入去碗麴麵內,做法就好似馬拉嗰啲 “參參”。呢個食法係我自創的,值得推薦俾大家。麴麵本身比較軟,外層比較滑;直麵比較硬,有嚼頭。兩款麵一齊食,你就會知道有幾好食,信我!保證你會再試。最後,再叫個鰻魚飯一齊食。鰻魚燒得有水準,肥美,啖啖肉。
