今次去咗 @aira_izakayahongkong ,前身係一間酒吧黎架,演變左為日式居酒屋,所以餐廳嘅菜式擺盤都用咗酒杯、冰碟、啤酒罐等等嘅元素,作為特色之一,亦都係呢間居酒屋嘅故事。餐廳都放置唔同嘅藝術品,非常有氣氛,食物質素、服務態度、都非常之好🥳仲好近地鐵站添!以下係推介菜式♥️日式醃菜山葵八爪魚利用日式醃製工藝和濃郁的山葵調味,這道前菜帶來清新爽脆的口感,為用餐開胃。山葵的微辣和八爪魚的軟嫩質地好開胃🥰蛋白玉子燒上面嗰層放咗燒三文魚,外面嗰層燒得好香!蛋白打得好滑🥹🥹🥹👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼照燒豆腐經典的日式照燒料理,呈現出豆腐細緻嫩滑的口感,配上醬汁濃郁鹹甜的風味,豆腐皮燒得非常香脆!外脆內軟嘅口感😍炸雞肉串配蛋黃加手工製作的雞肉丸子,經過炸製外酥內嫩,肉質鮮美多汁🫶🏼日本粟米天婦羅將粟米做成天婦羅,既保留了天婦羅酥脆爽口的特性,又增添了粟米特有的香甜,絕對係一道創意十足的菜式,我自己好鍾意♥️鵝肝奶油多士將富有滋養的鵝肝與奶油吐司完美結合,而且佢一件嘅份量同我隻手差唔多大細,鵝肝嘅油脂好香!我第一次見咁大件嘅鵝肝多士😍🥰芝士年糕日式年糕與cheese相融合,佢嘅芝士味係好足!😍😍😍D
