To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今次竟然冇中伏，仲食到幾抵幾正既全方位西餐😏今次黎食dinner，set有送湯（紅白都唔錯）跟多士、甜品／薯蓉（但好難食）、仲有餐飲🍹（幾難飲）意式蕃茄醬燴龍利柳（$69）跟薯菜蕃茄醬用左好多新鮮蕃茄🍅打成，所以好香好夠味，仲食到蕃茄蓉添！呢度既薯菜係用薯條🍟，但似係炒出黎多過炸出黎，啖啖薯仔肉，唔會油，健康d又keep到好食。紐西蘭香草燒羊鞍（$92）跟薯菜羊鞍有三支，好大件，切出黎冇過熟過韌，亦冇好大陣羶味，呢個價位食得過好味指數：7.5/10紐西蘭西冷牛扒拼芝士條拌燒汁（$88）跟薯菜決定以後返焯都係黎食呢個就得！芝士條用mozzarella，再拉再拉再拉，有得小食咁另外叫一碟食。講返牛扒🐮，岩岩好medium，夠厚身又嫩附送既紅白湯都好足料，白湯夠濃亦冇起粒，不過薯蓉真係好難食，d汁好酸😣。同埋餐飲千其唔好叫珍珠奶茶或者抹香珍珠，bad！總結推介牛扒、薯條、同埋芝士條👍🏻👍🏻！幾條友食到飽飽咁走好full呀

意式蕃茄醬燴龍利柳（$69）跟薯菜
蕃茄醬用左好多新鮮蕃茄🍅打成，所以好香好夠味，仲食到蕃茄蓉添！呢度既薯菜係用薯條🍟，但似係炒出黎多過炸出黎，啖啖薯仔肉，唔會油，健康d又keep到好食。
