大埔道牛什粉面3寶之一,強調係用新鮮牛什,曾經係3寶入面最出色,連草肚同金錢肚都可以有唔同味道,牛胃好香又夠味、最出色係佢膀,而且個湯底更加係無敵不過,每次行街經過門口,都會俾佢嘅強烈香味引咗我入去,可惜⋯ 一切已成往事⋯首先而家經過已經冇咗,個陣攝人嘅魅力同味道,真係唔知點解,而佢湯底亦冇以前咁好味,至於D牛什係咪仍然用新鮮牛什,我又唔大清楚,不過已經唔再以前每個部位都可以有唔同味道係層次,真係只有懷念惜口嘅味道,食咗一半已經食唔落去⋯⋯

首先而家經過已經冇咗,個陣攝人嘅魅力同味道,真係唔知點解,而佢湯底亦冇以前咁好味,至於D牛什係咪仍然用新鮮牛什,我又唔大清楚,不過已經唔再以前每個部位都可以有唔同味道係層次,真係只有懷念惜口嘅味道,食咗一半已經食唔落去⋯⋯
