To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 牛角Buffet可算是我最常光顧的餐廳之一,能夠大快朵頤之餘肉類質素實在比坊間大部分燒肉放題高得多,所以人氣有增無減亦無可厚非,但感覺上水準似乎有所下降,不及以前稱心如意。晚市時段大約下午五時半才開始派籌,但一早已經不少人在門外等候,即使準時到達亦大概等到六時才獲安排入座;另外感覺上餐廳內的油煙好像亦比以前更大。放題分為五個等級,正價價錢由$248至$838不等,當然等級愈高肉類質素就更高,而食物選擇亦會更多。我每次都會點第四級的澳洲和牛放題,星期一至四每位$388,而星期五、六、日、公眾假期及其前夕則每位$428,物超所值,美中不足的是100分鐘對我而言實在並不足夠。自助區更有沙律、汽水、甜品等任均選擇,而且疫情期間每份都裏上保鮮紙確保衛生,食客外出拿取食物時亦要戴上口罩。入座後不久便會送上包括豬牛雞的燒肉拼盤,之後可以自行再用平板電腦加單。肉類當中個人最喜歡澳洲和牛牛胸腹,油花分布平均,燒過後油脂豐腴又不失肉味,質感肥美軟嫩,每次都能夠吃上逾十盤肉,但大多數到後期送來的肉類會因解凍時間不足而保持冰硬則略為扣分。主食方面豬軟骨拉麵或飯水準比較飄忽不定,有時豬軟骨熬煮得軟腍入味但有時卻

海鮮主要有赤海蝦、牛油廣島蠔、扇貝等,赤海蝦雖然體形頗大但每次都覺得肉質比較霉爛。
