To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 星期日,跟外子一起睡至自然醒。醒來已日上三桿,過了正午時段,才離家覓食。飢腸轆轆,沒多考慮便走到凰德邨商場大家樂。剛好遇上下午茶時段,我毫不猶豫地點了小時候最喜歡吃的燒鴨米粉。女孩子要測試自己的魅力,快餐店燒味櫃位絕對是一個試點,拿不拿到燒鴨脾,告訴你一切。但現在年過三十,年華老去,唯有擠出最燦爛的笑容為自己爭取一下-------阿媽我得左 成功取得燒鵝脾!!雖然成功,但燒鴨骨比肉多,加上厚厚的一層肥膏,實在叫人大失所望。米粉尚算爽口,但略嫌過硬,味同嚼蠟。一邊吃一邊擔心,禁不住想起那個快餐店米粉有塑膠成份的傳言。不知是否回憶總是美好的,總覺得小時候的燒鴨米比現在好吃得多。

雖然成功,但燒鴨骨比肉多,加上厚厚的一層肥膏,實在叫人大失所望。米粉尚算爽口,但略嫌過硬,味同嚼蠟。一邊吃一邊擔心,禁不住想起那個快餐店米粉有塑膠成份的傳言。

不知是否回憶總是美好的,總覺得小時候的燒鴨米比現在好吃得多。
