To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

土匪雞翼Ok既，感覺味道好過口水。口感唔錯，外酥，不過撒太多胡椒粉系出面，有粉味。食唔出芝麻味，選用既芝麻質素麻麻地。不過雞翼本身烤得唔錯。口水雞翼唔夠鹹味同辣味。口水雞翼，個名其實系講緊你食完之後個口會自己出好多口水。不過呢間譚仔廚房真係麻麻地，因為個醬料系唔夠鹹同辣，得個油字，無意思。其他幾間都唔系咁樣。所以食完個口都唔會自己出太多口水，少少咁樣lo。清湯炸醬米線今次個米線都煮得好hea。明顯過冷河果關做得好差。唔彈牙，偏硬，好韌。炸醬呢，又好鹹，得個鹹味，唔似其他鋪頭果d咁香口，扣分。
