周日有朋自遠方來,小弟開心地擔當旅遊大使,努力地幫手推動香港經濟.於尖咀血拼至晚餐時份,於是便至電火間土定位,8:30得完街醫肚.8:30準時到達,預留的座位令我和友人非常驚喜,原來是面對維港絕色佳景,終於明白到地王的值錢之處,開飯!枝豆:好新鮮,你知啦,枝豆一定是空運貨,新鮮才是好味的源頭.刺身:牡丹蝦,帶子,油甘魚,Toro,旗魚腩,赤貝,海膽樣樣都新鮮,當中海膽同油甘魚最好味.牡丹蝦大隻又有蝦膏,正到暈,鵝肝壽司:外型一流,鵝肝大大件,可惜未能做到入口即容,甘香四益的感覺,好想知道舊鵝肝是來自哪一國?鹽燒油甘魚頭:魚頭最怕腥,但今次無,原來魚頭也可以啖啖肉,又唔腥,綠茶lichi酒:好味道,綠茶又香又濃味,lichi酒香甜.Mach 到爆,正!雪糕芭菲:日式甜品,外表100分,味道60分.都算過骨.日本料理,最緊要食材新鮮,這裏做到啦.今次最開心係望到個勁靚View.
