去蠔吧食蠔是常識吧,今餐食蠔D,我地叫左4隻唔同國家既蠔啦,而我都係鐘情於我既Gillardeau法國creamy蠔。每一隻都新鮮非常,仲可以見到佢地d肉郁郁下架,唔洗怕架,新解先識郁麻!海膽意粉用左自家制既海膽汁加新鮮海膽造成,意粉是我喜歡的那種硬身的口感。海膽味濃,而且意粉上的海膽味比新鮮的海膽更加濃,他們是怎樣做到的呢?海鮮意大利飯香港人冇飯落肚就真係唔得,呢個硬身既意大利飯有著唔同既海解包拾了青口,蝦,帶子,seabass。當中我最欣嘗都是那飯的硬度,還有那種一點點的spiciness。刺身級大蛤刺身級的大蛤十分有份量,海水味重,咸度十足,口感爽口清甜而且有咬口,湯底也十分入味充滿了海水的鮮味,再而帶出一點點的白酒香氣,後勁強。心太軟我的心十點也不軟,但呢一餐我食得很酥軟,很甜很甘,很甘心。暖暖的半甜朱古力慢慢從體內流出,用舌頭輕舔一下汁液,整個人都感動得發毛,回味無窮。

海膽意粉
