To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 保持水準的上海菜雖然唔係上海人,亦唔了解正宗上海菜係咪唔一樣,不過一直都有去開上海婆婆食上海菜。疫情有一段時間冇嚟到,前日過嚟依然爆場要等位。今日就因為紅雨,靜D。叫咗蟹肉小籠包、酸棘雲吞、黃金四季豆、雲吞雞、蜜汁火方。食物好快送到,蜜汁火方同雲吞雞都細心幫我哋分好。食到一半亦有換碟同換熱茶,十分細心,讃👍🏻蟹肉小籠包仍然肉甜多汁簿皮,蟹肉份量亦好多,真心比起某d出名上海菜嘅小籠包好味!唯一失望嘅某d餸菜暫時冇做,大餐牌有好幾款食開嘅都未有得食,希望下次返嚟有得食啦!

食物好快送到,蜜汁火方同雲吞雞都細心幫我哋分好。食到一半亦有換碟同換熱茶,十分細心,讃👍🏻

蟹肉小籠包仍然肉甜多汁簿皮,蟹肉份量亦好多,真心比起某d出名上海菜嘅小籠包好味!

唯一失望嘅某d餸菜暫時冇做,大餐牌有好幾款食開嘅都未有得食,希望下次返嚟有得食啦!
