To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 這間店光顧了多次,每次都慨嘆,不明大家都掛著「燉奶佬」這招牌,但奈何這間店食物質素都是不堪。荃灣果間好得多。過去失望多次,相隔大半年,今天再次給它機會,看看有沒有改善。家人叫了印尼炒飯,明顯較從前的正常了一點,起碼阿仔唔會話難食,飯炒得都可以,仔冇投訴。記得上次啲飯濕淋,顏色淡,今次有改善。但是雞翼煎/炸得唔夠香,而且久放了的。我叫了星州炒米,一送來,感覺濕濕的,看下去似水烚多過炒。口感差到唔多想食,而且配料也不顯眼,只見廖廖可數的小蝦。我認為色香味都唔合格。看來短期內都不願再光顧了
