To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 始終都係鍾意食中餐多啲!有水準又骨子嘅中餐廳唔係太多!聘珍樓通常都係我想選擇之一!兩個人就叫咗鴨舌、南乳粗齋煲,同埋豉蒜陳皮蚊大蝦!佢可以接受少鹽少油嘅安排非常之好,但係就真係少味左南乳粗齋煲就變咗冇乜味哈哈!鴨舌係非常之值得推介!佢係起晒啲骨㗎,可以成條食,但係有保留返入邊嗰個軟骨,正正正!仲有中間嗰啲應該係沙葛絲,整得好好味陳皮炆大蝦就比我想像中嘅陳皮味就冇咗,但係就反而係辣嘅唔知點解?!整個不過不失啦!

鴨舌係非常之值得推介!佢係起晒啲骨㗎,可以成條食,但係有保留返入邊嗰個軟骨,正正正!
仲有中間嗰啲應該係沙葛絲,整得好好味
