To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

Grove 提供三文治及意粉輕食店, 概念與巿場某幾間連鎖三文治店相近。門口冷櫃放著各種三文治, 沙律以供選擇, 迎合都巿人速食的消費模式。點了午餐三文治套餐和意粉各一客。車打芝士牛油果水耕菜意式三文治半份 $26份量比預期少, 包是硬身有咬口的panini, 唯餡料不夠豐富, 奶茶也是普通, 性比價一般。辣肉腸磨菇意粉$42 辣味不夠過癮, 只是炒起一碟再鋪上辣肉腸, 不差但不至於好吃雖然已擁有幾家分店, 但食物沒有個性, 想要與同業競爭恐怕還有一段距離 , 繼續努力吧 💪🏻
