To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

Latte $18 : 唔係 Latte 既質感, 啡味較淡 ~七穀包 $6, 另加牛油 $3 : 包身外脆內軟, 但本身無乜味, 全靠塗在麵包中間の牛油吊味, 感覺似食緊多士, 不過比一般多士較為健康 ~咖啡雲石芝士餅 $20 : 芝士餅層挺身得來幾軟滑, 但無乜芝士味, 餅底軟腍, 似一片浸過咖啡の海綿蛋糕般, 食落會有咖啡汁滲出, 整體味道麻麻 ~總結 : 由於只屬新開業階段, 在食物質素方面仍有進步空間, 加上是一間社企 cafe, 定當給予支持, 請繼續努力 !!! 如有時間必定再次到訪 ~還有更多, 請看 http://t.sina.com.cn/caroldiary
