To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一路都係只係睇食評,今次真係忍唔住要寫一個負評。見到之前已經有好幾個負面report, 我可以肯定係真嘅。今次到我要分享吓下午茶嘅楊州炒飯,星期一3:45嘅下午茶時間,已經唔可以話多人㗎啦,點咗餐20分鐘要催先到,嚟到嗰碟嘢係微暖嘅,冇所謂,我冇乜要求照食。簡單啲總括一下,係冇味嘅,唔知點解要用火腿同埋紅蘿蔔粒去炒,你會見到啲火腿係燶嘅,叉燒唔係粒係有幾條叉燒絲,人哋楊州炒飯會有啲蝦仁仔,佢係將一粒蝦仁分開四粒咁樣,加埋都應該有兩粒蝦仁,又唔明白點解好好地一碟楊州炒飯要用珍珠米去炒。真係冇心機講,因為真係唔識形容有幾差。冇諗過自己食完五日之後都會仲激氣緊,難聽啲講真係好似比狗食咁,我食咗一半都要放棄。一間餐廳可以咁尊重自己嘅出品,仲要開咁多分店,又唔做好管理,簡直係不知所謂。
