To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日早餐叫左個外賣，0950時用apps叫，然後個apps叫我1020時拎外賣，然後1020時去到鋪頭，個外賣都重未有，同個櫃面阿姐講，個阿姐就10問9唔應，問佢有無得退款，佢就剩係識話盡快出餐比我，然後咁我問佢幾時出？佢又答唔到，足足等到1030時先比到個外賣我，然後返到去屋企，一打開個外賣盒，發現個麵已經淋Q晒，d麵一夾就碎。根本成個麵都碎晒咁制。呢間牛奶冰室，根本就係垃圾管理，食物唔得，員工唔得，無樣得！

今日早上喺牛奶冰室食咗早餐，但係整體體驗真係好差。我點咗沙嗲牛肉麵同火腿通，發現呢兩樣嘢味精味好重，搞到成個味道好人工。沙嗲牛肉麵應該係香辣濃郁，但係味精味太勁，食落去好似唔係咁天然。火腿通嘅味道都畀味精掩蓋咗，冇咗應有嘅鮮味。除咗味道唔理想之外，食物嘅賣相都差強人意，明顯睇得出係處理得好馬虎，冇心思。仲有，我叫咗杯冰檸茶，但冇用新鮮檸檬，味道好似加咗人工香料，飲落去有陣重重嘅化學味。熱奶茶表現亦好普通，完全提升唔到呢餐嘅整體感覺。最難頂嘅係，服務員喺我未食完嘅時候不停嚟收餐具，搞到食飯過程畀打斷，成個氣氛好唔舒服。總括嚟講，今次喺牛奶冰室嘅早餐體驗真係令人好失望。由食物嘅味道、賣相到服務，全部都冇達到基本嘅標準，令我真係唔會再嚟第二次。

今日試咗雞翼蔥油撈公仔麵，味道真係好正！公仔麵煮得啱啱好，滑順有嚼勁，搭配香濃嘅蔥油，令人一口接一口。雞翼醃得恰到好處，咬落去肉汁四濺，超級滿足！再加埋煎雙蛋，蛋黃流心，搭配麵一齊食，味道更加豐富。最後，猴頭菇響螺煲雞湯更加驚喜！湯底清甜，猴頭菇嘅鮮味同響螺嘅海味融合得非常好，雞肉軟嫩，湯頭滋補又暖心。

過分到半個鐘都出唔到個蛋治，追左3次都話整緊都唔知整咗去邊🙃出到又出錯🤦🏼♀️簡直就係垃圾之中嘅垃圾！問佢點解其他人有我哋冇，佢自己都唔識講😡Worst experience ever, how would an egg sandwich takes you more than 30 minutes to have it ready even tho we have chased for 3 times. It’s just the worst of the worst EVER!!!
