To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 曾經何時,我與情人在這個品牌的尖沙咀分店嘗過班尼迪蛋(Eggs Benedict),齒頰留香的滋味至今難忘!今日再與情人約會金鐘海傍,又讓我們遇上它……班尼迪蛋依舊精采絶倫,難忘的還有期間限定的萬聖節特餐、酥脆雞翼、釀魷魚…… 雖然距離萬聖節還有兩個禮拜,但碰上餐廳推出節慶menu,相請不如偶遇,情人也說很想試,於是我們點了”地獄之火——火焰美國頂級牛肉漢堡”和”安息吧!鮮蝦意大利飯”~~~ “地獄之火”是一個燃燒著的火漢堡,內夾碎牛肉餅、青瓜、番茄、洋蔥……旁邊還有張牙舞爪的脆魷魚鬚,配搭新鮮取代慣用的薯條,正啊! “安息吧”有兩個用翠玉瓜切成的十字架,放在一堆貌似墓地的意大利飯上,還有我最愛的大大粒鮮蝦球、茄子,茄汁滲滿飯粒,增添詭異色彩。 煙三文魚班尼迪蛋,塾底放塊英式鬆餅,上面放塊煙三文魚,跟住放隻波蛋,最後淋上荷蘭醬。一貫美味食落滿口蛋漿、滿口蛋香。 6隻酥脆雞翼炸得火喉剛剛好,想辣一點可蘸上辣醬,但其實雞翼本身已經夠惹味。 釀魷魚取了鮮魷的瘦長部分,包裹著豬肉切成小粒去烹調,上碟再淋上特製醬汁,一口一件煙靭有嚼勁。 飲品方面,情人淘氣地點了Child Only,是用士多啤梨

飲品方面,情人淘氣地點了Child Only,是用士多啤梨、芒果、檸檬汁、菠蘿汁打成的沙冰;我就點了杯Blackberry Earl Grey,是用伯爵茶、覆盆子、藍莓、檸檬汁、蔓越莓汁特調的無酒精特飲。

今餐的完美結局就是香草雪糕蘋果鐵鍋班戟,原隻迷你鐵鍋上枱,盛著熱騰騰微燶脆邊班戟,之上有蘋果肉粒果蓉,最吸睛的還有香草雪糕,一啖雪糕一啖班戟,絕對有冷熱交融的豐富口感,仲甜到入心。
