To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 跳入仙跡岩這個「時光機」，就算日頭差點晒化，都仲留住當年嘅美味。先說小兵哥牛肉麵，牛肉片香濃有嚼勁，好得意，湯底過癮，每一啖都帶點鄉愁味道；面線吸晒湯汁，入口即化，讓人罌粟。叫埋場台風大塊雞，咬落去，肉質嫩滑，那種「脆皮軟心」，真係正啊！再點返杯芋頭珍珠奶茶，一啖珍珠嘢已經嘆為觀止，淡淡芋香，甜到剛剛好。諗起三牛麵嗰份酸甜滋味，配上啖啖牛肉嘅滿足，真系揾番童年記憶。飯桌對面嘅司機朋友話，佢個豬軟骨滷肉飯都係滿分表現，佢話滷得滑口唔油膩，個人特別推薦。脆豆腐外脆內軟，完美示範咩叫「外剛內柔」；隔離枱嘅嘉賓正享受佢哋啲花枝丸，香脆唔膩口，驚喜萬分啊👏🏼。不得不講，杯裝胚芽珍珠，增加咗啲獨家特色。彷彿一秒鐘，又返到曾經嘅好時光；每一次啖啖食，心頭都暖笠笠。這裡，唔單止係食客間嘅「味蕾對談」，更係一場時光嘅盛宴。仙跡岩，你話老土？唔，呢度就係記憶中嗰碟味道。🍜🥤🌟
