好朋友升職梗要慶祝食好啲啦,今次揀咗呢間爐端燒餐廳正宗日本師傅主理,即使係服務人員都講得一口流利日本語,令你好似置身於日本🇯🇵餐廳今次安排嘅座位非常之好,面前就可以見到師傅嘅燒烤功架👍🏻呢間爐端燒餐廳竟然有萬菜食,呢類型嘅款式係好少地方先有得食,咁就可以知道餐廳有幾咁正宗!我同朋友揀咗幾款本日之萬菜:博多築前煮、和牛肉牛蒡、雞胸軟骨南蠻漬、金平根菜、花椰菜酢物、茨城蕃茄同博多海帶蒟蒻條。絕對無誇張,我食每一款萬菜都讚嘆不已!尤其係個雞軟骨(爽脆口感配襯洋蔥🧅出奇地好味)、和牛肉牛蒡(牛肉味超濃郁同嫩滑),仲有不得不提個蕃茄,呢個茨城蕃茄只有3-4月先有得食,我冇諗過係蕃茄可以咁鮮甜美味❤️燒白粟米🌽:粟米鮮甜配上外層嘅牛油,令我重新愛上食粟米呢🙈雞肝炙:我想像唔到呢份雞肝會咁好味,外層燒得好香同紮實。但入面竟然係粉嫩粉嫩,點上師傅秘製嘅醬料,真係好味到出唔到聲極上和牛牛舌:呢份牛舌絕對稱得上極品,完全成為左我食牛舌top no. 1嘅餐廳,牛舌彈牙,每咬一啖就好似喺舌尖上跳舞一樣☺️!燒牡蠣🦪:生蠔好新鮮,輕輕燒過就已經好好味醬汁燒飯團,瑪格麗塔燒飯團🍙:原來新鮮嘅燒飯團係咁好味,完全刷新

甜品方面叫咗星野村布甸同紅豆年糕湯,布甸奶味香濃,甜而不膩;紅豆年糕湯非常足料,經燒烤嘅年糕放入紅豆湯,味道竟然係如此咁夾,呢度嘅甜品又帶我進入一個新境界🥰
