To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 🙈 係我唔好之前嗰晚顧住打機今日瞓到成三點先起身,點知我個豬隊友仲晏,咁我唯有搭車過聯和墟搵佢食下午茶啦。豬隊友話太熱唔想行,少有地自動提出要食大快活下午茶,入到去見佢個 menu 都有好多選擇,因為今日係第一餐所以決定食得豐富啲!我要咗個蜜汁雞髀 + 紅豆冰 + 西多士嘅下午茶,都差唔多成四十蚊唔係平咖。不過好彩都幾好食。蜜汁唔太膩、雞髀本身用香草醃過都好入味好 juicy;西多炸得剛剛好又香又脆,不過個人唔鍾意食中間有果 Jam 嘅版本,加埋蜜糖太甜了;紅豆冰略嫌佢淡,如果個椰奶再濃啲就一百分了。🙈🙈 食完成個餐罪惡感爆晒標不過真係好滿足!!
