To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

令人佩服的一星期做足7日既兩公婆

其實西環的小店、家庭式經營餐廳不少。而嘉興既沒有華麗的外殻，也沒有精緻的裝修，但卻偏偏吸引着我，尤其看到餐牌內眾多的食品款式呢。這一趟點的是椒鹽脆玉豬扒飯。可以吃菜之餘又有「椒鹽豬扒」。+$5還有餐湯和凍飲呢！餐湯是羅宋湯—算是個人飲過的羅宋湯當中數一數二好飲的了。湯不單濃稠，而且蔬菜足料、還有少少牛尾肉呢！凍鴛鴦還可，茶未算很香。很喜歡這款「黑白淡奶」杯，而且還是少見的凍飲杯……椒鹽脆玉豬扒飯—雖然簡單但很好吃。脆玉瓜鮮甜爽脆，而豬扒也鬆軟。椒鹽都不外乎是炸蒜粒，不論是脆玉瓜還是豬扒，沾上椒鹽還是令整碟飯更香口。飯還不錯，濕了一點。每次都見到兩公婆由朝做到晚，一星期做足7日，有時會累得睡着，都真心佩服小店的老闆的那種「敬業樂業守業」呢。
