To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 國金軒主廚鄧浩宏師傅的廚藝一向出色,吃過的朋友無不讚賞;餐廳最近推出了供四位享用的「海陸二重奏」套餐及「24款常聚共饌」,那一於又來個「四人圍爐」開心聚吧。海陸二重奏包括京式片皮鴨及澳洲龍蝦,連甜品共八道菜,售價HK$1,688(四位用),平均每位只是四百多元;優惠係由即日起至5月31日,只逢星期日至四於晚市堂食供應,並需提前2天預訂。首先上場的是京式片皮鴨(半隻),師傅於席前手起刀落,立時「卡拆、卡拆」之聲響起,皮脆已先有保證!半隻鴨大概可片到12塊,將皮脆肉嫩的鴨肉置於透薄的餅皮上,再伴以海鮮醬、京蔥、紅椒、青瓜、梨條及子薑同吃,油潤甘香,真係超級美味。鴨殼有二食,可揀「生菜包鴨崧」或「涼瓜炆鴨件」,我們就選了前者;將鴨肉、木耳、冬菇、洋蔥....等切丁後炒香,以脆嫩的生菜裹著吃,是一道人見人愛的佳餚。熱騰騰的「天白花菇竹笙菜膽燉湯」味道醇香,竹笙爽口、天白花菇厚實而菌香馥郁、菜膽腍甜,好喝得緊。另一主角「上湯焗澳洲龍蝦」正式上場,未吃已先聞其香,肉質鮮彈;而且很有龍蝦味,説真的,很多時在坊間吃到的其實只吃肉而缺其味,這裡的出品則兩者兼備,除了啖啖肉的豐富口感外;亦吃到龍蝦的真味!
