To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

我在剛來西環返工, 同事介紹我來源興隆一試, 一入去就知是傳統面鋪, 細細間, 冇咩特別裝修, 但你看員工, 就知道佢地好有人情味的老鋪. 雲吞好吃, 魚皮餃, 墨魚鬚頭, 炸魚皮得好出色, 湯底又清又好味. 仲有油菜係係外面好少吃到的西洋菜, 好爽又不會吃到"渣", 推介. 墨魚鬚頭- 新鮮, 彈牙, 又大粒魚皮餃 - 個皮好煙"UN"牛丸 - 又好新鮮, 唔似雪藏貨以$21/碗的價錢, 很值得推介我呢期同同事, 一星期都去幫襯幾次呢
