如果 生舊叉燒好過生仔,我希望可以生哩舊叉燒。是日嚟到大埔,係同一條小街,有好幾多食店,日式拉麵店都有兩間。平日晚上八點幾,全店十幾個座位機乎滿座,好彩仲有張2人枱。店員好快安排我哋就座,亦迅速奉上有檸味嘅水,好清新到口腔。店完亦有講解餐牌,並叫我哋食麵的要寫紙。先上菜嘅竟然係炸物,剛炸起真係熱辣辣,調味亦好香,點少少蛋黃醬,唔會好油2個拉麵陸續送到拉麵賣相中規中矩,除叉燒外,基本配料溏心蛋,滷笋,木耳絲,紫菜都齊,都算足料。話明係博多口味,湯底唔會太濃厚,麵條較幼身而掛唔到湯汁味噌就較適合重口味人士,味噌香稍為補貼麵條唔索味嘅不足不得不提就係塊叉燒,一邊燒至少少焦香,豬肉味濃,有D食評話佢太薄冇口感我就覺得咁先配合到哩個較”輕盈”嘅拉麵,如果襯塊厚切反而格格不入。另一樣要試就係店員介紹嘅配菜,係師傅炒嘅辣芽菜,夾埋個麵食又有另一番味道。加咗罐汽水,哩個價錢算係合理,下次會再嚟試埋其他小食。
