To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

有人開車接收工，就決定去遠啲去大美督食飯，食飯之前仲可以散散步，順便睇埋日落。上網打大美督餐廳，最多人講嘅就係忠誠，咁我地都去試。我哋係平日六點幾去，所以人唔好多，坐下坐下到七點就越來越多人。我哋兩個人叫咗4樣野，有湯有飯有肉！1. 青檸椰汁雞湯用瓦煲好泰國！味道特別，有椰香甜帶點青檸嘅酸，仲有淡淡香茅同埋南疆味。料多，有好多菇，雞肉嫩。呢個瓦煲仔大概就可以裝到四碗湯，對兩個人來講就啱啱好，多人啲可能唔夠飲。2.半隻泰式古法浸雞隻雞冇得輸！估唔到半隻都幾大隻。隻雞嘅肉質嫩，肥瘦均勻，又多汁。最正係佢嗰蘸汁，酸辣適中，好開胃，同啲雞肉勁夾！3. 泰式燒牛肉7成熟！嫩，多汁，有炭燒味！分量多！4.芋頭海鮮煲仔飯呢碟要encore！好食，飯底好入味，料豐富，有青口，新鮮蝦，蝦仁，有炸魚柳，不過略嫌芋頭少咗啲，如果多啲就好正啦！總括嚟講，啲食物質素對得起個價錢！好飯！
