Hong Kong Style Food Wise Eateries

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

「德記茶餐廳」這裡客人非常之多，而食物方面，我就點選了以下（炸薯條加雞翼）-此店的炸雞翼真的要試下，皮脆肉嫩多汁，十分香口而不油膩。薯條就鹽味不足。（練奶西多士）-糖漿嘅西多士大家就食得多啦，唔知練奶嘅西多士你哋又食過未呢？唔講大家可能唔知，其實早在三、四十年代已經有（練奶西多士）嘅出現，當時因糖漿較貴的關係，所以好多茶記都會用上練奶。言歸正傳，味道方面，入口唔會大甜，練奶配合西多，食落十分滑。（腸仔煎蛋湯米）-湯頭味道不足，從而令整碗米粉失色。（紅豆冰）正呀~紅豆大大粒，仲要起沙，飲落好舒服，而且不會太甜，我好鍾意杯紅豆冰♥️
