以往有私家車的日子,經常一家駕車去西貢吸吸新鮮空氣,亦好讓囝囝接觸大自然,而每次從沙田去烏溪沙,都會路經沙田麗豪酒店,而上年度囝囝幼稚園的畢業宴,亦是在麗豪的宴會廳舉行。今次跟兩位食友品嚐「十盛」伊勢海老盛宴 ($328/位,兩位起)。首先上場的是先付, 鮟鱇魚肝豆腐及野菜蟹糕;鮟鱇魚肝先打成蓉,加上木魚絲及薑蓉,放在豆腐上吃凍食,很清新的前菜。再來是造里的活伊勢海老姿造(龍蝦刺身),二人分享一隻,龍蝦觸鬚在上檯時仍在郁動,名新鮮了吧?想不到蝦肉份量比預期多,又爽口彈牙,真的很吸引。而龍蝦頭用來煮 伊勢海老頭汁(龍蝦味噌湯),味噌跟龍蝦味道很夾,鮮甜可口。蒸物是 北海道松葉蟹五色煮付,新鮮貨果然不同,肉質鮮甜軟綿嫩,加上木魚香氣,味道更添層次。至於燒物是 石燒牛肉,服務員會即時在食客面前,按要求煎至心目中的熟度,而肉汁緊緊鎖好下,再灑上少許芝麻,吃起來很滋味,如果可以加碗白飯就更理想。到揚物的 帆立貝野菜天婦羅,帆立貝切碎粒,油份瀝得清,置底的吸酒紙沒太多油份,師傅的處理相當準繩,脆漿薄薄一層,毫不油膩,極之有水準。食事是壽司三貫,當日是鱲魚、三文魚及油甘魚,同樣新鮮,肉質柔韌,壽司飯
