To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

咖啡小店空間不算太大, 店舖只有4個坐位, 主打輕食同外賣咖啡🙂傾談之下, 感受到店主在裝飾上十分用心, 牆身除了掛有乾花, 仲會定期更換店內的真花擺設🌻今次到訪仲幸運地試到店主都話唔係成日有既brownie😊門口放置了大型綠色植物, 配上木窗框, 亦都係不錯的打卡點🧚🍰ᴅᴇssᴇʀᴛ· Brownie $30﹟以往食嘅brownie都係勁重牛油味, 睇落已經油, 食完當然都係油膩嘅感覺 😂😂但食完呢一舊令我對brownie完全改觀🤩‼️表面睇落唔會好似之前嗰啲發油光, 以為佢會偏乾身, 但食落濕潤度係啱啱好🥰甜度剛好, 仲會食到香濃既朱古力味, 再加埋勁多nutsss, 充滿口感的對比, 真係咁大個女都未食過咁好味😭😭🥤ᴅʀɪɴᴋ· Cucumber Sparkling Espresso $42﹟漸層為特飲增添吸引力🧲😍底層有青瓜梳打水既淡綠透明色, 再加埋espresso同泡泡既深淺啡色形成強烈對比🤭飲落咖啡味同青瓜既味道平衝得很不錯, 可以同時品嚐到👍🥒☕️味道清新, 而且唔洗驚有苦澀味🙆🏻‍♀️比想像中易入口😛
