To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

上星期與朋友一起到三聖邨的南記海鮮酒家，因朋友住在九龍區，都不知道三聖邨是有海鮮食的，他們只知道在流浮山或西貢先有海鮮食，經我強烈推薦下，他們終於黎到！😂我們四個人，總共叫了9個海鮮🦞1）豉油王大蝦🍤2）粉絲豉汁蒸元貝3）陳年果皮蒸鮑魚4）蒜蓉粉絲蒸象拔蚌5）油鹽水花甲6）脆皮芝士開邊龍蝦🦞7）薑蔥炒蟹🦀8）豉椒炒蟶子煎米粉底9）砵酒煮蠔味道我都唔洗講咁多，一個字「正」，相信大家睇相都可以感受得到😝最後我哋4個人都係食得好滿足🤣
