To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

又是個和朋友開懷暢飲,開懷大嚼的晚上。這一晚,我們來到位於太子花園街的「亞南雞煲」,不但吃了美味的雞煲,也品嚐了多款小食,度過了一個愉快的晚上。「冰鎮墨魚鬚」口感Q彈,加上恰到好處的辣度,刺激又開胃。「脆皮牛腩」非常好,牛腩夠熱,肥瘦比例適中,皮又夠脆,做得極有水準。「椒鹽鮑魚」鮑魚大大隻,大廚廚藝了得,口感味道俱佳,為這道菜式帶來與米芝蓮星級食府「六福菜館」不遑多讓的美味。這店舖以雞煲命名,當然不會不吃雞煲。在這兒多款雞煲中,我們分別叫來需要預訂,用上了新鮮三黃雞為主材料的「冬瓜瑤柱花膠花甲鮮雞煲」(大)和用了半隻冰鮮雞為主材料的「花膠帶子雞煲」(小)。 「冬瓜瑤柱花膠花甲鮮雞煲」花甲大隻厚肉,鮮雞雞味濃甜,冬瓜軟腍,花膠軟滑,而且湯味甚好,在座各位朋友都一再添飲。少辣版本的「花膠帶子雞煲」的帶子是刺身級數,極之大隻,花膠、帶子與雞肉都十分入味,與「冬瓜瑤柱花膠花甲鮮雞煲」較清淡的味道相比,又是另一番的滋味。那從新鮮雞中抽取出來的雞雜,放進了這雞煲中,則是這雞煲的額外 bonus。「手切極品肥牛」(大)和「極品黑豚肉」(小)一豬一牛,讓在座吃牛的朋友和我與及不吃牛的其他好友同樣得到滿

手切極品肥牛」(大)和「極品黑豚肉」(小)一豬一牛,讓在座吃牛的朋友和我與及不吃牛的其他好友同樣得到滿足,肥牛和黑豚肉兩者兼而得之的我,就偏愛肉質軟嫩,肉味亦足的「手切極品肥牛」多些。

還點了竹笙呢!是難得吃到的特大級「野生竹笙皇」。竹笙本無味,但放進雞湯中索了雞湯之後,不但口感極爽,而且也增添了一份雞湯的甜味。

這裡的飲品也值得一書,不管「菠蘿冰」、「雜果冰」、「凍檸茶」還是「凍檸七」,都是超大杯的,十分解渴,確是抵讚。
