今日難得老公接收工,我地就諗住去科學館玩下,途中見到間台灣野,老公話未食過,所以入去試下啦~睇下餐牌都唔係好貴喎,平民價~我叫左個「醬汁雞扒拼玉子豆腐肉燥飯」,老公就叫左「鹽酥雞翼肉燥新竹米粉」。塊雞扒都係不過不失,醬汁我食唔出係咩味,唔係特別吸引,同普通白汁﹑黑椒汁既雞扒一樣,另外玉子豆腐係炸過既,都係同食開既差唔多,但係我幾欣賞廚師既心思,用玉子豆腐唔係用普遍豆腐,呢度既玉子豆腐有豆腐既爽滑鲜嫩,又有好香既雞蛋味,炸過既豆腐仲唔會散開!有心思!另外,肉燥飯有D驚喜! 肉燥飯個味好濃味,有少少甜,而肉燥D肉都唔係肥肉(之前去台灣旅行,好多平價肉燥飯都係肥肉多,真係肉比較少)而且呢個肉燥飯D汁好多,食落好JUICY!值得一讚!老公個鹽酥雞翼肉燥新竹米粉,黎到望落我覺得個湯好油,可能因為D肉燥浸埋落D米粉度,如果想飲2啖湯就唔建議了,因為好似飲左D油落肚咁! 另外上段提到個肉燥飯D汁好多,但撈左落米粉度已經溝稀左,變得無咁JUICY,遜色左少少。個雞翼因為無落胡椒粉、辣椒粉等等,變得無咁惹味,但係上菜時都好香,食落皮酥但入面雞肉嫩滑(我貪食左2啖^.^),下次可以落埋胡椒粉、辣椒粉等配料
