上星期食完居酒居,念念不忘。今日又去過第二間食過!今日嚟到一樣位於澳門逸園中心既「磯野水產」,顧名思義食海鮮為主。我地2人叫左個特撰盛合(含龍蝦)。一大盤海鮮嚟到真心嚇親!隻龍蝦好大隻,仲要識郁!仲有扇貝、鮑魚、赤蝦等海鮮!煮法可以自己選擇,我地每種整法都試!因為食材新鮮,點整都好食吧!食海鮮之前,先叫枝清酒飲下,餐廳有駐場清酒鑑定師,專業下推介左呢枝鈴鹿川大吟釀。非常容易入口,after taste有濃郁果味,配𤆬海鮮好夾前菜先食個和牛他他蓉沙律。生牛肉少食,但唔抗拒,呢個和牛牛味重,但無腥味,加上蒽、洋蔥調味,其實好開胃,包紫菜好正磯燒鮑魚一d都唔靱!非常入味,但又無蓋過鮑魚既鮮味!濱燒就反而原汁原味d,用少少鹽調味,食既係原始味道活帆立貝又係極品美食,上圖為清酒燒,大大帶出鮮味,熟度剛好,口感嫩滑下圖就係用牛油黑松露燒既,黑松露香到不得了,比起清酒煮多左份焦香味!好好味!龍蝦兩食,做身就做刺身,蝦頭就煮粥。刺身加上黑蟹子,夾埋食好鮮好鮮爽口鮮甜!蝦頭唔會浪費,加上其他配料煮粥,龍蝦味出哂嚟,香甜温暖,冬天食一流燒鱈場蟹腳又係正,蟹腳啖啖肉,真正蟹柳,好奢侈赤蝦就用嚟做天婦羅,粉漿
