To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 有一段時間沒有吃上海菜,今晚專程來到上環的香港老飯店吃地道的上海菜!飯店在一幢商業大廈的地庫,沿着樓梯而下,發現飯店的佈置典雅,空間不算大,但餐桌疏落有致,有足夠的空間,不錯!在等候友人到來的同時,我便細心研究他們的餐牌!菜色種類繁多,選擇有點困難,幸好友人及時到達,大家一起商量,很快決定了吃甚麼。核桃燻蛋:這是冷盤,所以是凍食的。被煙燻過的雞蛋,外面啡啡的,內裏白白的,半熟的蛋黃晶瑩發光,煞是好看,光是賣相已經滿分。吃進口裏,煙燻味淡淡的,沒有喧賓奪主,佔據你整個口腔,主角仍是雞蛋,配合蜜餞了的核桃,為這頓晚餐開展了一個很好的序幕!烤雙方:在不同的上海菜館吃過這道菜,水準參差。今晚這件雙方卻是驚喜萬分。夾餅鬆軟,火腿甘香,烤方鬆脆,蘸上蜜汁,滋味無窮,真想再吃多次呢!干燒明蝦球:這道菜的味道很有趣,蝦球大大隻的,彈牙爽脆,干燒後配以醬汁,醬汁微辣中帶着酸酸的味道,十分有趣!冬菇豆苗:豆苗是時令蔬菜,所以特別新鮮多汁;冬菇軟冧入味,一直都是我們愛吃的食物,好味!蟹粉湯包:想吃小籠包,但在下單時被推介吃蟹粉湯包,真的沒有介紹錯,湯包比小籠包要大,湯汁濃郁而且充滿蟹粉的香味,放進口裏滿滿是
