之前去開附近食飯,見到哩間好似食米線的店好吸引,於是今日相約位朋友再過黎品嚐,我們叫了兩碗粉加兩杯飲品。飲品苗鄉苦丁茶: 我問朋友苦丁是否即系苦瓜?朋友說不是,這是貴州才有出產的茶葉之一,他曾經到訪過當地旅遊,買了些回來自己泡,但就是泡不到在當地飲到的這種茶口味,他說沒想到在香港這裡能再嘆番此茶,此茶飲落口內好舒服,完全唔會苦澀,有小小甜,而當吞入喉嚨後還會有回甘的味道持續兩三秒,很特别。鹵香豬手粉: 豬手的軟骨位和肉質都好淋好入味,個湯底一飲,嘩,令人不斷想再飲,非常的濃香,而當中有些椰菜酸酸甜甜的,似是泡菜預先醃製過一樣,味道可口開胃,至於個粉,原來貴州人叫佢做米粉,佢有别於我們一般食開的幼身米粉,睇落佢個樣似發脹左既米線,食落質感都似米線,但相比米線會更滑的口感。清湯牛肉粉: 當中有些牛展,食落有小小麻辣,而根位部份咬落唔會un,至於牛肉色澤一睇估計應該好入味,但咬落又唔會好咸,味道剛剛好,好淋,唔會有渣,用嫩滑黎形容就最岩。食完個粉飲埋杯苦丁茶,已將口腔內剛剛好濃味道的牛肉和湯底的餘韻都消除哂,唔洗食香口珠去清口氣。
