To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

令人失望不值得吃的自助午餐

別以為5星級酒店午餐自助餐有好食材!今天去試此酒店的中午自助餐$368一位竟然全是低水平食品!甚麼亞洲食品只有滷水溏心蛋,豆腐,泡菜,咸菜粒，泰式豬肉串，炸蝦件，上海式醉鷄(翼部份多,薰魚(但太甜又沒水準)，金針烤麸(有油噫味)，泰式沙律。食品少之又少，甚麼海鮮，日式食品，燒牛肉等均欠奉!全場仲要分可以$238選食式部份,分只選吃麵(烚及捞伴雜蔬菜以及一般低價超市式配料如豆卜,芽菜，秀珍菇，魚,蛋，貢丸，雪藏龍蝦丸，老牛肉.或只可吃沙律部份或亞洲食品或甜品部份每樣也另加錢,所以一般都會以 $368吃full buffet才化算!但即使食全自助餐根本無樣似5星酒店的食品!擺設又差,蓋子拿下來没足夠位擺放,要套放在其他食品蓋頂上,水果放在最高架上,人矮些也十分難取!除非你只喜吃沙律一樣才會只吃其沙律吧，連一些高级少少的食材配菜也欠奉,全是一般大路貨式食材,擺放的枱又長又深,手短不夠高的就耍以身張就去取放最頂位的配料,衣服也會沾污!醬料很多瓶卻沒有標明是甚麽醬及醬油味!太沒水準!!全場見最多就係位在中心處的滚烚煱位,全部自選有限提供的蔬菜及配料拿去代滾烚再加上些不同湯味而已,若你只選吃湯麵款
