To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

令人失望的早餐

我經常也會到快餐店吃早餐，今天就來到德福美心food2試試這裡的早餐。在這裡點了滑蛋雞扒早餐，另外加了一個炸菜肉絲米，取餐後，第一個印象已經很失望，雞扒是超細的，同時味道也是不太好的。沒有拍照所以不能給大家看看。炸菜肉絲米的湯很少，而且味道非常淡，加上炸菜和肉絲的份量也是很少。總括而言，整個早餐的份量都是很少，而且味道不太好，令人失望！試過幾間快餐店的早餐，最好的還是大快活！
